PBL (Project Based Learning) type group work from children.
This is a project in which each group, divided by level and age, decides on a problem in the world and in their daily lives, and together thinks and designs solutions to that problem. Present your ideas in front of everyone on the last day of camp!

Cancellation fee
From deposit to 45 days before camp: Cancellation fee: ¥ 10,000
44 days to 31 days before: Cancellation fee: 30% of the camp fee
30 days to 2 days before: Cancellation fee: 50% of the camp fee
1 day before to the day: Cancellation fee: 100% of the camp fee
No-contact non-participation and cancellation after start: Cancellation fee: 100% of the camp fee
We will refund your money by bank transfer within 2 weeks after receiving your cancellation notice. Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

Application flow
Step 1: Apply
Please apply online. In the application form, you will be asked to enter information about the parents and children participating.
If you have any allergies or need to take medication while camping, you can also enter it here.

Step 2: automatic reply email for application acceptance
After applying, an automatic reply email with the subject "Overnight Summer Camp Registration Page" will be sent to the email address you entered.
This email contains information about your application and payment. Please check the details of your application again, and if there are no problems, please be sure to make the transfer within two weeks of your application. If payment cannot be confirmed, the application may be canceled.
If you do not receive an automatic reply e-mail, it is possible that there is an error in the e-mail address you registered, or that reception is set to be rejected. Before applying, please make sure that you have set up your settings so that you can receive emails from the "@aimacademy.jp" domain.
In particular, if you are registering your mobile phone address, please be sure to check the settings. (Since docomo mobile phones are highly secure and may not be able to receive emails even if they are set to receive emails, we recommend that you register using your PC address as much as possible.)
If you do not receive an auto-reply email within a few hours after applying, please check your reception settings and contact info@aimacademy.jp.
Step 3: Pay the entry fee
Please pay the camp participation fee within 2 weeks after applying to the transfer account described in the automatic reply email.
The transfer fee will be borne by the participation fee.
Step 4: Payment Confirmation Email
AIM Academy will send you a payment confirmation email as soon as the payment of the participation fee is confirmed. Please contact info@aimacademy.jp if you do not receive an email within a week after payment.
Step 5: Send Camping Guidebook
We will send you a camping guidebook about two weeks before departure.
The camp guidebook contains the schedule of the camp, the time and place of meeting and dissolution, a list of things to bring, notes, etc. Please read it with your child and talk with your family about what to do if you have trouble preparing your belongings or during the camp.
When you apply for the camping guidebook, you can choose whether it is an earth-friendly PDF version or mailed.
Step 6: Leave for Camp
On the day of camp start, please come to the meeting place described in the camp guidebook.
