Sign-up Procedure
1) Send us an inquiry
Reach out to us via the online inquiry form or via phone.
2) Book an online consultation
Book an appointment for an online consultation which will appear after you have filled in the inquiry form. For those who contact us by phone, we will send you the reservation link via email.
3) Online consultation
Tell us more about your current needs and requests. We will match you with one of our instructors and schedule a free trial lesson.
* Depending on availability, we may not be able to book a lesson at your desired time.
4) Trial lesson
Attend your online or face-to-face trial lesson.
*In the case of face-to-face lessons, it is possible for parents to observe the trial lesson, but we ask that you please do so from outside the classroom to maximise student focus and concentration.
5) Sign-up procedure
We will decide on the details of the lesson (fixed lesson schedule, curriculum, start date) and send you your initial invoice. The initial invoice will include the one-time sign-up fee, two months' monthly fee (if you join in the middle of the month, you will be billed per lesson for that month), and two months' administration fee. If you were referred by one of our current students, a referral discount will also be included.
6) Start your learning jouney at AIM!
Now you're all set to come in for your first lesson!
All other sign-up materials will be handed to you at your first lesson. For those taking online lessons, it will be mailed to you.
